Xiaomi Introduces Foldable Xiaomi Mix Fold 2
This week, no fewer than three manufacturers presented new foldable smartphones, after Samsung and Motorola, the manufacturer Xiaomi has also introduced its latest foldable smartphone. The Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 is a high-end smartphone that competes with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4.
Xiaomi has paid a lot of attention to the design with the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2. For example, the Mix Fold 2 is only 5.4 mm thick when unfolded and the whole weighs 262 grams. Inside, we find an 8.02-inch foldable OLED panel with a resolution of 2016 x 1914 pixels. On the outside, we find a 6.56-inch OLED screen with a Full HD+ resolution.
The Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 has high-end specifications, including a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, a 4500 mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging and a triple rear camera with a 50MP main lens, a 13MP wide -angle lens and an 8MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. On the screen on the outside, we find another 20MP selfie camera. For the cameras, Xiaomi has once again teamed up with Leica.
At the moment, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 has only been announced for the Chinese market, where the smartphone has a suggested retail price of approximately $1315. We don't have any information about an international launch yet.
