Review – Best Trading Platform For New Traders 2021
My goal for this review is to give you everything you need to know about my preferred trading platform CVMarkets. The reason that I am writing about my personal experience with this broker is that I know how difficult and terrifying it can be when you start trading for the first time. Obviously, when I started my research into finding the best broker online, I did not know much. But with the help of online reviews and advice from my friends and family, I got to find a really compatible forex trading platform.
I will
list down everything that you need to look for in a platform to make sure it is
suitable for you, has less fee, more account types, tight security, advanced
tools, easy-to-understand layout, and responsible customer services. CVMarkets
was one platform where I found all the features that I have mentioned. With my
review, you will be able to learn more about the trading platform and what
CVMarkets brings to the table. Let’s start with the trading platform itself and
the layout.
Trading
Platform Layout
Trading
platform layout is of importance because I certainly don’t want to be lost
while looking for the education center or the chart. I wanted the layout to be
more engaging, easy to follow with fewer incorporated pages. CVMarkets does a
great job in making sure that in only a few pages everything is available at
the forefront for all the users and members. If we are talking about
perfection, I think the platform could have gone for a light tone theme to make
the site more vibrant.
It is my
personal preference and good things have nothing to do with the services. The
live chat option is integrated into all the pages at the bottom right corner of
the page. Now one more I would point out is that CVMarkets only provides
English dialect on their platform. So, I did find it troublesome when I wanted
my international friends to be a member on this site. Hopefully, the broker can
incorporate German, French, and more languages and make it more user-friendly.
Account
Types
I have searched enough platforms and was kind of irritated to find that some did not offer an array of account types. CVMarkets to me felt like a safe bet because there are 6 account types! The diverse account types with the different fee structures are presented so as many traders with their varied experience can find the one account which complements their skills.
Self-Manage,
€ 250+ Min. Balance
This
account type has the least features of all. It offers only Market Review and
Improved Leverage up to 100. For traders who are extremely unsure about their
decision to settle on this platform or traders who have no experience in
trading whatsoever can benefit from this account. They can find out everything
there is to know about CVMarkets by getting this account. My suggestion would
be to pick an account type that offers an account manager and more education
material, so new traders or even experienced ones can take in more benefits.
Basic,
€5000+ Min. Balance
I found
the Basic account type to be more reasonable as it offers a dedicated
account manager, basic spreads, leverage up to 200, tier 3 trade room, trading
bonus, Special venture, and market review. This to me seems a far better option
to get started with.
Gold,
€10,000+ Min. Balance
The Gold
account offers the same leverage but with Gold spreads, tier 2 trade room,
financial planning, risk management planning, private analyst sessions, and
priority withdrawal. I actually started my membership on CVMarkets with this
account type. I was looking for private sessions with the analyst to learn more
about my trading strategies and have a one-on-one conversation with the analyst
to get more predicted profits. sometimes my account manager was busy because he
had too many clients, but he tried to make sure that my sessions with him were
always full of insight and valuable discussion.
Platinum,
€25,000+ Min. Balance
The Platinum
account offers platinum spreads, leverage up to 300, complete access to
trade rooms, and an invitation to VIP events. The best thing about this account
is that the minimum deposit is still very low in fees. I have encountered so
many platforms that ask for a higher fee. So, even if you want to get a higher
account with CVMarkets you will not have to worry about the fee being too high.
Diamond,
€50,000+ Min. Balance
The Diamond
account is my favorite so far. I changed my account type last month because
I was looking for more features and a Bitcoin package for the trade room. Diamond
accounts offer leverage up to, diamond spreads, and trade room: Bitcoin
package. I am so happy that I decided to upgrade my account type.
Now I get
full attention from my account manager while I take full advantage of the VIP
events. You can of course start your membership with this account type right
off the bat to get all the advantages of trading with CVMarkets. I never found
anything difficult to deal with in this account. I was happy to know that my
account manager and private analyst sessions were always so friendly and on
time as I needed them to be.
Libra,

Methods
Payment
methods are very important. You want to make sure that your preferred
alternative is present on the platform and that you don’t face any problem with
deposit and withdrawal. While I would have preferred for the platform to
incorporate PayPal in their list of payment methods but still, they have a very
friendly variety of it. Now for any sort of transaction, I use Bank wire which
is very efficient. Following are the payment methods that will find on CVMarkets;

I have
tried all their payment methods except for VLoad but the rest of the options
were always great. I never had any trouble as all my deposits and withdrawal
were on time and the platform makes sure that the clients are aware of how much
time their transactions would take. Thankfully, it does not take very long.
Security
Security
matter a lot when it comes to online trading. I wanted to trust the platform
enough to invest more money and keep my funds safe. I never doubted in
CVMarket's ability to keep me safe because right from the registration process
they showed me everything I needed to know about the security of this platform.
As I was registering to become a member, they asked me to accept their terms
and conditions and their privacy policy. On top of that, while I was browsing
through the site at the bottom of the main page, I found all policies related
to security.

platform. So, I made sure to check this portion out as well. I knew right off
the start that I would need some guidance every now and then when I first
started trading. I cannot stress enough how much it is important to have
actual, real representatives for live chat. You can never get a reasonable
response from a bot. I was grateful to find out that CVMarkets has some
educated representatives on the other end for customers around the world. So,
you can contact their customer service by phone call, United Kingdom

I
know it’s a little sad that they don’t have phone numbers for other countries
but to counter that the platform has offered Live Chat and Email services where
anyone can contact them! Their email is compliance@cvmarkets.com and the chat
email is support@cvmarkets.com. While the live chat remains open 24/7. I mainly
prefer live chat as it is very easy. I mean, as I have mentioned above that the
live option is integrated on every page, so it is to get a handle on.
Conclusion
I think I
have mentioned the majority of the features that you will need to look out for.
I have been a member of this platform for two years now and still, I am in awe
of all their services. Not many platforms are able to provide the quality of
services that CVMarkets has managed so far. I plan to remain a loyal member of
this broker.
I hope
that they can add more phone numbers for other countries and PayPal payment
methods. I would also like to comment on their education center which is
perfect for a new trader to learn everything about their trading venture. But
the broker can certainly add in more eBooks for the advanced traders. As a new
trade on the platform, I learned a lot from the eBooks and Glossary to stay on
top of my game. The platform certainly does a good job in making sure that the
new traders are always taken care of.
