The previous generation of Xbox One consoles in 2020 marks the 7th anniversary. Microsoft spokesman Jason Ronald also noted that it took four years to create the new Xbox Series X, as the company dates back to 2016. The company also noted that the release date of the console has not yet shifted due to the pandemic situation. The premiere is expected later this year, and the start of sales in the summer of 2021.
